How Can You Help?

When we rescue an animal, we make them a lifetime promise of providing a safe home and place to flourish.

Whilst willing hands and compassionate hearts are essential to doing this, the reality is that animal protection involves a lot of ongoing expenses. Emergency rescue, veterinary care and providing loving homes, all involve ongoing expenses. This is where you play a pivotal role in helping us fulfill our promise to existing animals and new ones. Additionally, we can provide education and training in the sanctuary and in the community, to enhance compassionate human-animal co-existence.

19 Cats Dumped On Site

19 Cats Dumped On Site

This week we woke up to something no sanctuary ever should…

13 cat carriers dumped at our front gate.

Some carriers were crammed with multiple cats.

19 cats. 19 lives. Left in the rain and cold.

They were soaked, terrified, covered in urine and faeces, and all in poor condition.

No note. No call. No warning. Just abandoned and driven away from.

What hurts most is that they could have contacted us. We would have helped. We always try to help. There are safer, kinder options than leaving animals like this.
We are heartbroken and angry — not because of the work ahead, but because of the cruelty and disregard shown to these animals.

Every single one of them is now safe. They are warm, being cleaned, assessed, and receiving urgent veterinary care.

But this rescue has come at a huge, unexpected cost.

We urgently need donations to help cover:

• Emergency vet care
• Medications and parasite treatment
• Desexing and vaccinations
• Food, litter, and ongoing care

If you’re able to help, even a small donation makes a real difference. If you can’t donate, please share — visibility matters.

Dumping animals is not rescue.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and for helping these poor cats.
